The Free Whey Protein Every Month bonus is available only to customers who are presented with the bonus on a Fittivity upsell page and choose to claim or accept the bonus during that checkout or enrollment flow.

This bonus is not automatically included with all Fittivity memberships, subscriptions, plans, trials, renewals, or purchases. Customers who do not claim the bonus on the applicable upsell page at the time it is offered are not eligible to receive it retroactively.

The complimentary protein is provided as a member benefit and has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discounts, refunds, substitutions, or other products unless expressly approved by Fittivity.

Protein products are ordered through a third-party supplier, including but not limited to Titan Nutrition or another supplier selected by Fittivity. Fittivity does not manufacture, package, store, ship, or control the inventory, ingredients, formulation, labeling, fulfillment timelines, or availability of third-party products.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If the selected protein product, flavor, size, brand, or supplier is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, restricted, or out of stock, Fittivity may, at its sole discretion, offer a comparable whey protein alternative, delay fulfillment until inventory becomes available, provide a substitute supplier option, or pause the benefit until fulfillment is reasonably available.

By opting in to receive the complimentary whey protein benefit, the member acknowledges that they are voluntarily choosing to receive and use a third-party product and that Fittivity is not responsible for adverse reactions, allergies, ingredient sensitivities, product defects, shipping delays, supplier shortages, discontinued products, or issues caused by the third-party supplier.

Fittivity reserves the right to modify, substitute, suspend, or discontinue this benefit at any time if fulfillment becomes impractical, unavailable, cost-prohibitive, restricted by law, or otherwise unsustainable. Any changes to the offer will not affect the core paid membership services.

Limit one complimentary whey protein product per eligible member per eligible membership period, unless otherwise stated in writing. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other supplement offers, discounts, promotions, or credits unless approved by Fittivity.
