Free Whey Protein Offer Terms

Eligible clients who enroll in a paid Fittivity membership may opt in to receive one complimentary whey protein product per eligible membership period.

This offer is only available to active, paying members. It begins after the member’s paid subscription has started and does not apply during a free trial, unpaid trial, paused membership, failed payment period, canceled membership, refunded membership, or chargeback period.

The Free Whey Protein Every Month bonus is available only to customers who are presented with the bonus on a Fittivity upsell page and choose to claim or accept the bonus during that checkout or enrollment flow.

This bonus is not automatically included with all Fittivity memberships, subscriptions, plans, trials, renewals, or purchases. Customers who do not claim the bonus on the applicable upsell page at the time it is offered are not eligible to receive it retroactively.

The complimentary protein is provided as a member benefit and has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discounts, refunds, substitutions, or other products unless expressly approved by Fittivity.

This offer applies to whey protein only. It does not apply to plant-based protein, collagen, meal replacement products, pre-workout, recovery products, supplements, vitamins, or any other product category.

Protein products are ordered through a third-party supplier, including but not limited to Titan Nutrition or another supplier selected by Fittivity. Fittivity does not manufacture, package, store, ship, or control the inventory, ingredients, formulation, labeling, fulfillment timelines, or availability of third-party products.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If the selected protein product, flavor, size, brand, or supplier is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, restricted, or out of stock, Fittivity may, at its sole discretion, offer a comparable whey protein alternative, delay fulfillment until inventory becomes available, provide a substitute supplier option, or pause the benefit until fulfillment is reasonably available.

Members are responsible for reviewing all product labels, ingredients, allergens, nutrition facts, warnings, usage directions, and third-party supplier terms before consuming any product. This offer is not medical advice, nutrition therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation that any specific supplement is appropriate for the member.

Members should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using whey protein or any supplement, especially if they are pregnant, nursing, under medical supervision, have allergies, have a medical condition, take medication, or have been advised to limit protein, dairy, lactose, sweeteners, or any ingredient commonly found in whey protein products.

By opting in to receive the complimentary whey protein benefit, the member acknowledges that they are voluntarily choosing to receive and use a third-party product and that Fittivity is not responsible for adverse reactions, allergies, ingredient sensitivities, product defects, shipping delays, supplier shortages, discontinued products, or issues caused by the third-party supplier.

Fittivity reserves the right to modify, substitute, suspend, or discontinue this benefit at any time if fulfillment becomes impractical, unavailable, cost-prohibitive, restricted by law, or otherwise unsustainable. Any changes to the offer will not affect the core paid membership services.

Limit one complimentary whey protein product per eligible member per eligible membership period, unless otherwise stated in writing. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other supplement offers, discounts, promotions, or credits unless approved by Fittivity.

To receive the benefit, eligible members must opt in, provide accurate shipping information, respond to any required fulfillment requests, and maintain an active paid membership in good standing. Failure to opt in, provide accurate information, or maintain an active paid membership may result in forfeiture of the benefit for that period.
