Do I need a gym or equipment?
Many workouts can be done at home with bodyweight, resistance bands, or even just 1 pair of dumbbells.
A gym (including small hotel gym) certainly helps.
I barely have time when I travel. How much time does this take?
No problem, you can make progress in as little as 30-min a day.
That being said, we encourage you to understand your daily prioritization.
All of our most successful clients come to find it is often not a time issue but rather an issue with prioritization.
What if I miss a day because of travel delays or long flights?
Thatโs expected.
