Do I need a gym or equipment?
Many workouts can be done at home with bodyweight, resistance bands, or even just 1 pair of dumbbells.
A gym (including small hotel gym) certainly helps.
I barely have time when I travel. How much time does this take?

That being said, we encourage you to understand your daily prioritization.
